Christophe is the General Manager/partner for Rosallie Las Vegas. He has worked in the pastry industry for over 30 years. He hails from the south of France where he studied extensively in pastry arts before opening his own shop in Cannes. Christophe has been the head pastry chef in several hotel/casinos in Las Vegas for several years before eventually settling down with Rosallie as GM. Christophe brings a level of excellence to Rosallie that is incomparable and priceless.
