Jonathan Pluvinet

Jonathan Pluvinet is the owner of Rosallie Le French Café. Jonathan opened Rosallie’s doors on August 17, 2015 in Las Vegas eventually opening another in Winter Garden, Florida in the summer of 2017. Jonathan was born in the South of France in 1986. As a teen he skied for the French National ski team and moved to the US at 19 to ski on a full ride scholarship with the University of Nevada, Reno. Upon completing his Bachelor’s in Business from UNR, Jonathan went on to become Store Manager to several Retail Stores before finally deciding to open Rosallie.

Jonathan was greatly influenced by the original Rosallie that his parents owned in France. The first Rosallie was a Boutique hotel/restaurant, Jonathan pulled some influences from that to create Rosallie Le French Café. Jonathan, his wife Angelica and their two sons Valentin and Caspian reside in Winter Garden, Florida.
